OPTIONAL RENT-BACK

‘Optional Rent-Back’ will be available to all our apartment owners, it will allow them to lease back their property for an allotted time that suits them, to one of our specially selected Tour Operators. Income from ‘Optional Rent-Back’ would be approximately 60% to the owner of apartment and 40% to hotel owner.

Example of ‘Optional Rent-Back’ based on a standard 6-month period of time:
