The package below from “Yapi Kredi & Insurance”. Below are sample annual cost of full insurance packages including; Fire, Explosion, Storm, Landslide, Burglary, Earthquakes, Glass Breakage …etc. according to property value.
In Turkey there is also compulsory government earthquake insurance (DASK) which is added on to private policies. The Packages below do not include DASK. DASK, is calculated as Euro 0.15 per square meter of the property. For example, if the property is 100 square meters, Euro 15.00 would be added to the package prices below.
